At Iptiva, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital IPTV services, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. Non-Refundable Services

All IPTV subscriptions, reseller packages, and digital products sold through Iptiva are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, or accessed.

This includes:

  • IPTV subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • Reseller or panel credits

  • One-time purchases of digital content or service access


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of service: If your order was not processed or your service was not activated within the stated delivery timeframe (usually within 12–24 hours).

  • Technical issues: If there are verified, unresolved technical problems with your IPTV service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

  • Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same service.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), you must:

  • Submit a request within 48 hours of purchase

  • Contact us at info@iptiva.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number or transaction ID

    • Description of the issue

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.


4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and service access. Please reach out to us first to resolve any issue.


5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
